You seem to be advocating for some work/life balance here. Nope. Can’t have it. You start acting nice to it and next thing you know they are taking an extra smoke break here, and extra five minutes of lunch there. Nope. Nope. Nope. Push it harder. Break its will to live. Maximize your profit and pleasure. That is the capitalist way. 🙂
