They are grey and cold to the touch.
They sit there expressionless all day.
Does that mean they do not feel anything, or just that they are not plugged in?
This much is true: when you touch them, they spark you.
And they light up when you get close and spend time with them.

Honestly I’m not sure what happened. I troubleshooted the issue extensively but ultimately the advice kept coming down to: “buy a new one”
